At FresVe, we strive to deliver every order in perfect condition.

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
• If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
• After verification, we will provide a replacement product where applicable.
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
• Delivery is free across Pakistan.
